Loan Market NZ Announces Nicole Ferguson as National Director to supercharge adviser growth

Loan Market is excited to announce the appointment of Nicole Ferguson as the new National Director, NZ, starting 1 May 2024. Positioned in Auckland, Nicole is set to drive significant support and growth for Loan Market businesses and their advisers. 

Nicole Ferguson is recognised within Loan Market for her exceptional leadership and deep understanding of technology, innovation, and process improvement. Her commitment to delivering the six promises Loan Market makes to its advisers — save you time, keep you safe, diversify your revenue, help you find & keep clients, grow your business and drive Loan Market as the number 1 consumer finance brand in finance - is at the core of her new role.

Her strategic focus will be on harnessing the power of multi-award winning business operating platform MyCRM, with the rollout of more time-saving features to set new standards of excellence for advisers and their clients. Nicole will also drive the introduction of transformative business growth services, including Kaizen Workshops, Business Builders, and Profit Pulse coaching. 

With a proven track record of addressing adviser challenges and driving growth, notably during her tenure as State Director for Loan Market Victoria & Tasmania driving adviser satisfaction and productivity, Ms Ferguson is positioned to bring real value to the New Zealand adviser community from day one.
