Australia and New Zealand’s largest aggregator group LMG has today unveiled a new program to accelerate high-performing businesses with their growth in volumes, people and profit.
The Elevate program has been launched to propel brokers from Premier Performer status to Platinum Performer rankings within 2024. This initiative is part of LMG’s continued commitment to support brokers grow, sustainably.
In 2023, LMG achieved a 15% year-on-year growth in businesses achieving Premier Performer status, alongside a 36% increase in brokers achieving Elite Performer status. Elevate is designed to provide a structured path for ambitious brokers aiming to accelerate and be in the top 10% of their game.
Longstanding Loan Market NSW/ACT Director Michael Karpathakis, with over 30 years experience, has been appointed to lead Elevate in the new role of National Head of Business Performance
“This is a major addition to LMG and Loan Market’s offering and directly aligns with our promise to Loan Market and LMG Partner businesses to help them grow,” he said.
“Elevate is beyond the traditional growth program - it’s a commitment to real transformation. We delve into the core of each business, identifying unique paths to scalability and profitability. My mission is to ensure our brokers not only achieve but surpass their ambitions''.
Key features of Elevate:
- Intensive, personalised fortnightly coaching sessions with Mr Karpathakis, focusing on unlocking each broker's full potential.
- Elevate community with monthly face to face sessions sharing success stories, strategies and accountability to foster collaborative growth.
- Masterclasses on profitability, benchmarking, marketing, talent management and leadership designed to equip brokers with the skills to excel.
Elevate’s inaugural session kicked off in NSW, VIC and QLD this week with plans to expand to SA and WA by July.
In mid-2024, Mr Karpathakis said there were also plans to roll-out a separate growth initiative, Elite Elevation, aimed at elevating brokers into the Chairman’s Club, representing the top one percent of businesses in LMG.
