Join us in celebrating our CSMs!

They’re in the engine room of every successful brokerage around Australia.

Once considered an administrative function – chasing clients for documents and updates from lenders - the remit of the Client Support Manager has transformed dramatically in recent years.

From specialising in the various stages of the loan journey - lodgement, settlement, ongoing customer care - to marketing, community engagement and more, CSMs keep their businesses powering along so brokers can do what they do best: develop strategies for new clients.

Who is the modern-day CSM?

There are some common traits among the CSMs in LMG, including:

✅ Detail-oriented

✅ MyCRM gurus who utilise its time-saving tools to keep their brokers productive and safe in compliance

✅ Highly literate across social media platforms

✅ Appreciate the importance of five-star customer service

✅ Collaborators who apply their back-office lens to problem-solving.

All next week (June 17-20) LMG is celebrating the CSMs who help drive the growth of brokers and keep their clients happy at the same time.

This is our fourth year celebrating the superstars of our brokerages with 300 people already registered for our Daily Thrives over the week and our state-based CSM breakfasts.

The breakfasts - Tuesday (NSW / ACT, QLD and SA/NT), Wednesday (WA) and Thursday (Vic / Tas) - are part of our year-long CSM Community calendar, bringing together our support dynamos to network and build relationships to grow.

Monday

LMG’s Head of Broker Education Operations Deanna Garrasi & Brokerversity Community and Content Manager Elodie Blamey provide the low-down on the best way to utilise Brokerversity’s learning pathways from induction to process improvements and more, these pathways have been curated by experts to keep the backbone of the industry at there best.
