LMG helps clients in their property hunt through new CoreLogic partnership

LMG brokers will now play a deeper role in their customers’ property journeys through an agreement with CoreLogic that unlocks its lender-recognised data insights and extensive learning and development support

LMG brokers will use the same AI-powered CoreLogic data that banks use for their valuations to raise reports for clients, providing them with greater certainty in purchasing. It also strengthens their long-term relationships through post-settlement insights via equity and renovation calculations.

LMG businesses will be able to seamlessly access CoreLogic’s data directly via MyCRM, positioning brokers as their clients’ trusted adviser across both finance and buying.

In addition to ordering valuations, LMG brokers can now educate and empower their clients through:

innovative property and suburb insights, derived from thousands of data sources; 
withdrawn listings and aged listings;
alerts for new listings in targeted areas.
