• 12,000 new five-star Google Reviews – Our automated customer tool, Reviewr, generated customer feedback so brokers could stay focused on seeing new clients instead of chasing online reviews. Reviewr is boosting the online visibility of brokers, rocketing them to the top of Google searches and building up all-important social proof which gives customers the confidence to choose them as their broker.
• Average Net Promoter Score of +97 – The combination of our CX–focused operational playbook, the Loan Market Blueprint, digital tools and innovative training has produced the industry’s most satisfied customers. Loan Market and BYOB clients are more likely to recommend their broker to friends, relatives and colleagues than any other aggregator.
• A new BrokerForce offering – We’ve expanded our ‘in-sourced’ data validation and processing team to 150 specialists on the back of efficiencies generated by the Loan Market unit. BrokerForce has won back businesses an average of 15 hours per week in administrative time.
• Brokerversity welcomes its inaugural cohort – Loan Market launched its game-changing education and learning offering, Brokerversity. The online campus provides support staff (including new-to-industry) with everything they need to know to make a difference in a brokerage from day one. It also matches graduates with businesses in scale-up mode, solving the longstanding issue of finding talent trained in the Loan Market Blueprint.
• Four hundred hours of broker advertisements / tens of millions of impressions - Our industry-leading marketing team has partnered with our brokers to deliver online engagement that really cuts through, helping Loan Market increase its market share by half a percent in 12 months.
