Perth broker Balpreet Bal’s commitment to delivering a holistic client experience has won him Loan Market’s prestigious International Broker of the Year for 2023.

Balpreet helped more clients than any other broker across Loan Market and LMG Partner businesses over the last year.

Balpreet has been crowned Loan Market’s Top WA broker for several years, but this was the first time he’d taken out the network’s international award.

Critical to achieving high volumes over the past year has been his support structure. He and his fellow Director and wife, Sharon, have developed a strong team comprising a loan writer and a number of internal and offshore support specialists who are expertly trained in Loan Market’s processing procedures.

Customer service is the top priority for Balpreet and in all his support-team hires he makes sure they have a shared commitment to the client. The business’ Google Reviews – 275 five-star ratings - are testament to this.

Loan Market WA Director Damien Muir said the business’ utilisation of the aggregator’s marketing tools and his engagement with the community supported his high levels of activity.

As part of their lead generation, the business is taking advantage of Loan Market’s Social Post service, which includes posting to their Google Business Profile weekly, as well as 2-3 posts each week to Instagram and Facebook.

Balpreet also utilised Loan Market’s in-house video production service with one of his videos reaching an online audience of more than 370,000.

Mr Muir said Loan Market Bal & Associates relaunched website and Loan Market’s marketing tools have helped Balpreet fill his pipeline with future clients while he remains focused on providing brilliant service to new and settled clients.
