LMG, Australia and New Zealand’s largest aggregator, has welcomed new team members to support business owners as they transition to LMG and Loan Market.
Natalie Viney has been appointed Broker Success Manager in NSW while Anneliese Lambooy has taken on the role of Growth Manager for Queensland, respectively.
Their focus will be helping new business owners hit the ground running – ensuring their onboarding experience is seamless, supported, set up for growth – and help them thrive with the tools and support to dominate their markets.
The appointments come as LMG continues to invest in resources that make it easier for brokers to join and grow within its network – from dedicated onboarding programs and technology, fast-start training to marketing and diversification support.
Ms Lambooy joins LMG after several years in proptech, driving engagement and adoption across real estate agencies through the listings platform Homely.
“I’ve spent a lot of time supporting business owners with their strategic goals,” she said.

Ms Viney, who has received multiple industry accolades including Aggregator BDM of the Year (Better Business Awards NSW) and BDM of the Year (MFAA Excellence Awards), is reconnecting with familiar faces in her new role, having previously managed the Loan Market portfolio while BDM at Bridgit.
