LMG and Bridgit partner to deliver broker-first, tech-enabled bridging finance to Australia’s largest broking community

LMG, Australia’s largest aggregator, and Bridgit, specialist non-bank lender, have partnered to launch a co-branded solution – Bridgit by LMG, giving brokers access to 24-hour approvals, clawback-free commissions, and flexibility for clients who need to buy before they sell. 

This partnership brings Bridgit’s category leading bridging solution, powerful technology together with LMG’s network and outstanding broker service, enabling brokers to deliver the right finance at one of the most critical points in a property deal.

In a tightening market, brokers are under more pressure to help clients act quickly without making rushed decisions. According to Bridgit, 1 in 3 Aussies miss out on buying opportunities due to slow approvals, while 52% of homeowners have to find temporary living arrangements while trying to buy following the sale of their house*. Many of these people are relying on short-term finance or family support to bridge the gap.

Bridgit by LMG solves this with 24-hour approvals, 12-month terms, and LVRs of up to 80% including end debt. Clients benefit from no monthly repayments, while brokers enjoy clawback-free commission and access to low doc options, ideal for downsizers and self-employed borrowers.

This deeper partnership also lays the groundwork for future integration between MyCRM and Bridgit’s platform, reducing double handling and creating a faster, more seamless path to approval for brokers and their clients.
