Brokers are tuning in to the industry’s newest podcast and sticking around.
LMG’s Broker Bulletin podcast has hit the ground running, clocking up over 10,000 downloads in just 12 weeks since its February launch.
Created specifically with brokers in mind, Broker Bulletin is already becoming a go-to source for practical business tips, fresh thinking, and real-life stories from across the broking industry. The bite-sized 20-minute episodes are designed to fit around brokers’ busy schedules and the numbers show it’s striking a chord.
As of 6 May 2025, the podcast has not only surpassed 10,000 downloads, but it’s also gained more than 200 Spotify followers, over 12,000 social media impressions and upwards of 30 five-star reviews across Apple and Spotify.
It’s also ranked in the top 10 per cent of podcasts globally – out of more than three million shows – and has consistently held a place in Australia’s top 20 careers podcasts since launch.
Lisa Jackson, Executive Manager, Chief Operating Office & Communications at LMG, said the early buzz has exceeded expectations.
“We knew there was real value in sharing stories straight from the broker community; what’s working, what’s not, and what’s ahead. But to see such a strong response, so quickly, has been amazing,” Jackson said.
“Broker Bulletin is about connecting brokers to ideas, strategies, and voices that matter and we’re only just getting started.”
The podcast picked up even more momentum at LMG’s recent Growth Summit on the Gold Coast, where nine episodes were recorded live from a purpose-built studio on site.
“Having a full podcast studio up and running during Growth Summit really brought the concept to life,” Jackson said.
“We had brokers and business owners jumping in to share their experiences with industry leaders and peers and the feedback was incredible. In fact, we had more people wanting to get involved than we could fit in!”
In response to broker feedback, Broker Bulletin is now also available on YouTube Music.
“We’ve always said we want to meet brokers where they are,” Jackson said.
“Being on YouTube Music is just another way we’re making the podcast more accessible for our audience.”
With more podcast activations on the way and some exciting guests lined up, Broker Bulletin is shaping up to be a long-term fixture in the industry’s weekly routine.
